Important: This order contains frozen food items. Please check the product temperature upon delivery. If the temperature is not within the acceptable range, you have the right to refuse delivery. Once accepted, please store the items in a freezer at -18°C immediately.

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable to receive the goods, a re-delivery fee of AUD $4.00 will apply for each rescheduled delivery.
